How do I add Globe Analytics to my website?

When you first sign in, the app walks you through it: enter your website address, choose how your site was built, and follow the steps to add your tracking snippet. To add another site later, go to Settings and tap Add a site.

If you're adding the snippet by hand, paste it into your site's HTML just before the closing </body> tag. Visitors will start appearing on your globe within seconds.

I added the snippet but no visitors are showing up.

Check the following:

• Make sure the snippet is on a live, publicly accessible page (not localhost).
• Open your site in a browser to send your first visit, then check the globe in the app.
• Make sure you copied the full snippet without any extra spaces or missing characters.

How do I manage my subscription?

Your Globe Analytics Pro subscription is managed through the App Store. To cancel, open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Find Globe Analytics and tap Cancel Subscription.

Can I restore a previous purchase?

Yes. Open Globe Analytics, go to the subscription screen, and tap Restore purchases. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to Settings and scroll to the bottom. Tap Delete account. This permanently removes your account, all your sites, and all visitor session data. This cannot be undone.

What data does Globe Analytics collect?

Globe Analytics collects visitor session data from your websites (pages visited, approximate location, browser, referrer) to power the real-time globe. It also stores your Apple ID email and a user ID to manage your account. No personal data from your website visitors is sold or shared with advertisers. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
